Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WBM Rise website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services Description

WBM Rise, operated by WBM VENTURES, LLC, provides business consulting and advisory services. All engagements are performed under a written consulting agreement.

Consulting Engagements

Scope of work, deliverables, and timelines are defined in each consulting agreement.
All client information and materials are treated as confidential.
Deliverables remain the intellectual property of WBM VENTURES, LLC until full payment is received.

Payment Terms

Fees and payment schedules are specified in each consulting agreement.
Expenses related to engagements are billed as agreed.
Late payments may incur interest as specified in the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

WBM VENTURES, LLC liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
